Paragliding West Switzerland provides weather briefings, XC strategy advice, flying site recommendations, and logistical support. The service does not constitute flight instruction, supervision, or in-flight guiding.

Pilot Responsibility

Each pilot remains solely responsible for all decisions made before, during, and after the flight, including the decision to launch, route selection, and compliance with local regulations.

Qualifications and Insurance

Clients must hold the licenses, qualifications, and insurance required to fly legally in Switzerland.

Weather Information

Weather forecasts and site recommendations are provided for guidance only. No guarantee is given regarding weather conditions, flight opportunities, safety, or flight performance.

Limitation of Liability

Paragliding West Switzerland shall not be held liable for accidents, injuries, equipment damage, flight cancellations, financial losses, or any consequences arising from the client's flying activities.

Payment and Cancellation

Services must be paid before the start of the booking.

More than 14 days before the start date: full refund.
14 days to 48 hours before the start date: 50% refund.
Less than 48 hours before the start date: no refund.

Photos and Flight Tracks

Unless otherwise requested, photos, flight reports, and flight tracks may be used for promotional purposes.

Applicable Law

These terms are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Canton of Bern.
